Shiau was recently promoted to become our Senior Front-End Developer and has been with JE Consulting for a total of 8 years.
She designs and builds websites for a wide range of firms, creating stunning sites that many of our clients love.
Her expertise and knowledge are also often called upon by many members of our web team.
Born in Taiwan, Shiau has lived in England since she was 13 and met her husband at university while studying.
Favourite food
Kimchi and spaghetti Bolognese.
Favourite destination
Taiwan, nothing beats going home and the people there are very hospitable.
Interests
I have three main interests:
- Sports – Badminton and tennis;
- Crafts – I love all sorts of craft, but lately I have been getting into macrame; and
- My dog – Playing with my rescue greyhound Max.
I also love horror and superhero movies.
Who do you admire most, and why?
My dad – he’s a self-made man, he’s worked hard to build his own business.
If you could have one wish, what would it be?
Travel the world.
